Warschauer Platz 6, Berlin

The heritage-protected building in Berlin-Friedrichshain, built until 1914, was extensively renovated and initially used as a hotel and hostel. The brick building with its original windows and elaborately designed roofscape is located opposite the Warschauer Straße subway station and offers excellent public transport connections.

    Flexibility in old walls

Large rental units of approx. 500 m² or two units of 250 m² each can be created on the upper floors. The narrow connecting wings allow flexible office layouts. The plan is to create modern, customizable office space with historical charm, a light-flooded glass cube in the inner courtyard as a conference area and digital booking systems to promote collaboration.
