Built in 1910 in the late Art Nouveau style, the residential building is located in a central yet quiet residential area of Munich-Giesing. A high-quality complete refurbishment was carried out in close consultation with the heritage office. The property has 18 apartments, a well-preserved Art Nouveau façade including the original wooden staircase, wooden banisters and oak steps. An elevator was installed in the stairwell as part of the refurbishment.
