After several years of stagnation, we are breathing new life into the building and realising previously untapped urban potential in the heart of Berlin. The spacious floor plans allow for flexible use and new concepts. Its magnificent façade, typical Berlin courtyard and impressive staircase with marble cladding and copper-clad doors give the building character and charisma. Complemented by modern, flexible interior design, the result is a building that preserves tradition while also looking to the future.
Low-tech solution for microclimates
Even before construction work begins, F210 is opening its doors to art. The NOTAGALLERY artist group is transforming large parts of the building into a vibrant creative centre. At Art Embassy, international artists are presenting their works on three floors – diverse, experimental, inspiring. This makes F210 a meeting place where art opens up a dialogue between the past and the future.
