The neo-baroque residential building, built at the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th century in a prime Bogenhausen location, is currently being extensively renovated in close cooperation with the heritage office. In the course of this work, the top floor is being completely extended and two stately maisonette apartments are being created, offering exclusive living space.
