Garmischer Block, München

Built in 1992 as an extension to the original Philips Tower and converted several times over the years, the building forms a central urban building block on Heimeranplatz. In addition to various doctors' surgeries, various office uses are also integrated here on five floors. Around half of the rental agreements have been concluded as green leases.

    Glass meets nature

The glass cube is broken up architecturally by a green inner courtyard with outdoor seating. This was extensively renovated in 2021 and replanted with fresh greenery.
