Good things take time
After a planning phase lasting several years with various changes of plans, the building construction started in June 2021. Around two years later, the site was given its new face. The 22 rental apartments are characterized by floor-to-ceiling windows, open sections and spacious balconies and terraces. The upper floors offer a view of Lake Starnberg.

Dinardpark celebrated its completion in 2023. The high-quality rental apartments are surrounded by lush green spaces and offer play areas for children.
